I called because my pump wasn't working. It was the evening and I asked if they could come out the next day. He asked if I wanted them out that night and I said I couldn't afford the extra charge. He said it was the same price either way, $85. I said sure. First he asked me what the problem was. When I explained, he said, That's nothing. I can walk you through it over the phone. And, he did. No charge. Thank you very much! I thought I was looking at hundreds of dollars. I really appreciate this company.
